Energy vampires what are they? In the immortal words of Guru Paramahansa Yogananda,
“There are three types of illness: physical, mental, and SPIRITUAL.”
Today, we’ll explore the concept of energy vampires, individuals who drain our emotional and spiritual energy, leaving us feeling depleted. This blog will shed light on the importance of safeguarding our aura and vitality from unwanted and negative energies.
Anyone can give evil eye, its called envy. Jealousy has an emotional power that carries electromagnetic energy and it attaches itself to your electromagnetic field.(aura) Essentially, it is a transfer of energy. Unwanted energy.

Like the radiant halo around a candle’s flame, all living creatures possess an aura or light body – an electromagnetic field that emanates from our physical body, vitality, and soul. This aura reflects our energy and vibrations, affecting how we interact with others and the world around us.

Also, being around a person with a black or grey aura, their energy can attack you or attach itself to you. But…they are essentially feeding off of your life force. As they feed of you, you start feeling energetically weak.

Training yourself to see auras is an invaluable tool that will help you detect energy vampires. For those of you still practicing this technique think of this: You can FEEL someones aura too! Intuition is gnosis coming directly from a cosmic consciousness
Remember when you had a gut feeling that warned you about a certain someone only to find out later you were right!? Or you just feel plain bad vibes or good vibes come off of that person. You are either attracted or repulsed by their energy. This called Magnetism.
Psychic vampires leave you feeling drained after every conversation. That can look like feeling physically tired, sleepy, and or having negative thoughts or a sudden shift in mood towards the depressive side. Your facial features might even start looking older than usual!
An energy vampire is somebody who literally zaps your energy dry. The energy vampire may not know that they are wreaking all this havoc.
Signs of a an energy vampire:
- They manipulate & lie
- They seem to only see the bad side of things
- They always have an excuse for their behaviorT
- They are constantly complaining about their life
- The world revolves around them
- They lack boundaries
- They usually target compassionate people who try to see the good in everyone. Or they attach themselves to the person who is a second chance type of peep. Think about it as a leech and parasite to host type of deal.
If you are not into the spiritual stuff think of it like this: An energy vampire is someone who zaps your emotional energy and takes more than they give.
Energy Vampires: Protecting Your Vital Energy
To shield ourselves from the impact of energy vampires, we must prioritize our well-being and set healthy boundaries. Surrounding ourselves with positive influences, cultivating self-awareness, and practicing self-care are essential steps to preserve our vital energy. By doing so, we can prevent our emotional reserves from being depleted and maintain a positive outlook on life.
